“Faktoje”, starting today, is part of the International Fact-Checking Network.
IFCN, (International Fact-Checking Network) has now in its network 71 international organizations that have fact-checking based on a standardized methodology in the core of their work.
“Faktoje” is the first organization in Albania (who becomes a member of IFCN) that has a mission in verifying promises, statements and actions of high public officials and private subjects that benefit from public funds.
Through our work, we aim to inform the public with verifiable facts and increase accountability for high public officials.
“Faktoje”, like 70 other international organizations, is now part of this network that has as a central mission the verification of facts, transparency, independence, informing and developing the democracy.
